🎉 Gatherings & Events Policy: For gatherings, parties, or events, please discuss and arrange this with us prior to booking. Appropriate rules and charges may apply depending on the nature of the event.

🪪 ID Requirement: As per compliance requirements, a valid government-issued photo ID is required upon check-in.

👀 Security Cameras (CCTV): External areas of the property (entrance, parking, and compound perimeter) are monitored by CCTV cameras for your security. Please be assured that no cameras are located inside the villa or in any private spaces, such as the pool area.Security cameras in public outdoor spaces only – none in private or pool areas

⚡ Power Backup: The villa is equipped with full power backup for all appliances, including ACs and water heaters. During a power cut, please allow the caretaker a few minutes to start the generator, and kindly use high-load appliances considerately while on backup.
